Exhibition Manager
Out of Sight by Vital 5 Productions, Seattle, WA

For three consecutive years, I worked closely with the director of Vital 5 Productions to produce and manage four large-scale independent contemporary art exhibitions. The most ambitious of which was Out of Sight, a series of annual art fairs that surveyed and sold works of over 100 contemporary artists representing the Pacific Northwest region.

I implemented and managed event programming, artwork sales, ticket sales, and refunds. I took a hands-on role in space renovation, artwork installation, shipping/handling, and daily operations. I also hired and trained support staff during the exhibitions.

I designed and produced a Squarespace website to comprehensively document all Vital 5 Production exhibitions. Acting as a liaison to the artists, I compiled and copyedited all artist texts for the sales catalogues and exhibition websites.
